In all preponement or postponement cases, services and applicable pricing will be subject to the availability of hotels, Volvo/bus services, transportation, and the applicable season/off-season rates.
No changes to the travel plan will be accepted within 15 days of the scheduled travel date. However, in exceptional circumstances such as adverse climatic conditions, strikes, natural calamities, or other situations beyond our control, the package may be postponed. The same will be communicated to the guest in advance.
In case of a preponement/postponement, the advance payment will remain valid for 1 year from the date of the original advance payment, subject to the applicable terms and availability.
The advance payment and booking/invoice number are transferable and may be transferred to a friend or relative. However, the transfer will be permitted only after fulfilling all applicable terms and conditions of the booking.
If You Cancel Your Holiday:
30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
29–20 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
19 days or less before the date of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees (No Refund).
